Founder

Winnchester Consulting was founded by Nathan Hackett, an experienced HR and employee relations practitioner who supports leaders through complex people matters with calm judgement and clear structure. Nathan has led HR and ER/IR portfolios across multi-site operations, balancing commercial realities with fair, defensible processes that stand up to scrutiny.

Based in Brisbane and working with clients across South East Queensland and interstate, he partners with businesses that need senior HR capability, without the overhead of a full internal function.

Credentials

Nathan’s approach is supported by formal qualifications and ongoing study:

  • Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management)

  • Master of Business Research

  • Bachelor of Science (Psychology) — currently in progress
