Founder

Winnchester Consulting was founded by Nathan Hackett, an experienced HR practitioner who has spent his career helping leaders navigate complex people issues calmly and confidently. Nathan has led HR and ER/IR portfolios across multi-site operations, balancing commercial outcomes with fair, defensible processes that stand up to scrutiny. Based in Brisbane and working with clients across South East Queensland and interstate, he acts as a practical, on-call partner for businesses that need senior HR capability without needing a full internal team.
