Business Manager - Kirrawee
Some branch leadership roles are about “keeping the lights on.”
This one is about building a branch that wins—commercially, culturally, and with customers.
My client is appointing a Business Manager for Kirrawee to take full accountability for branch performance and lead a team that takes pride in execution: strong service, disciplined sales, and clean operational rhythm.
If you’re the kind of leader who enjoys owning the number, lifting capability, and being known in the market, keep reading.
What success looks like in this role
You’ll be responsible for the full branch outcome—revenue, margin, customer experience, and team performance. Practically, that means:
Owning the trading plan and delivering sustainable growth
Building a proactive sales culture (new business + retention)
Strengthening key customer relationships and becoming visible in the local market
Tightening operational cadence: standards, accountability, and follow-through
Coaching and developing your team across sales, warehouse and logistics
Using data and discipline to improve performance—not “gut feel” alone

A “high standards, high support” leadership style
Confidence running structured routines: meetings, metrics, coaching, action tracking
Exposure to plumbing/trade distribution (preferred, not essential if you learn fast)
