Other Services
Recruitment, done the HR way – hourly, not 20% of salary.
Most agencies charge 15–25% of base salary every time you hire. We don’t.
Winnchester offers recruitment on an hourly consulting model – the same way we price our HR advisory work. You get senior HR expertise, clear time estimates up front, and you only pay for the hours actually used, not a commission on someone’s salary.
Our recruitment fees
Hourly rate: $180 + GST per hour
Billed in 15-minute increments
Minimum fee per role: 3 hours ($540 + GST)
Typical ranges (so there are no surprises)
Support / admin roles: usually 8–12 hours
Coordinators / advisors / supervisors: usually 12–18 hours
Managers / senior specialists: usually 18–25 hours
Executive or hard-to-fill roles: scoped and capped individually
Before we start, we’ll give you a clear range based on the role and market conditions, and we’ll keep you updated on time spent as we go.
